Pol.Lt.Col. Thaksin Shinanwatra, the Prime Minister, and Mrs. Sudarat Keyuraphun, the Ministry of Public Health's Minister together with honorable guests from various countries and international organizations in Thailand attended the 26th Cremation of Confiscated Narcotics on 26 June 2001. This was the second destruction of confiscated narcotics for this year which was the biggest one. The net weight of the narcotics was 4,333.42 kgs.. For the 25th Destruction of Confiscated Narcotics which took place on 30 April 2001, the net weight of the narcotics was 2,266.54 kgs..
