In light of intensifying more relationship and cooperation between two countries, the 1st Vietnam - Thailand High-Level Bilateral Meeting on Drugs Control was held on 26 September 2003 in Hanoi, back-to-back the Meeting of the 7 Signatories of MOU on Drug Control. The Meeting was chaired by H.E. Pol. Lt. Gen. Le The Tiem, Vice Minister of Public Security of Vietnam and H.E. Mr. Phongthep Thepkanjana, Minister of Justice of Thailand.
