The Drug Advisory Programme of the Colombo Plan Secretariat

The Drug Advisory Programme (DAP) of the Colombo Plan Secretariat provided fellowships to Thai participants from Gos and NGOs to attend various workshops, seminars and training courses. The ONCB cooperated with the DAP in organizing the workshops and training courses in Thailand.
