Signing of China - Thailand MOI

May 24, 2005, H.E. Mr. Zhang Xinfeng, Vice Commissioner of National Narcotics Control Commission (NNCC) and Vice Minister of Ministry of Public Security, People Republic of China and H.E. Mr. Suwat Liptapanlop, Ministry of Justice, Minister (at that moment) witnessed the signing of the Memorandum of Intent between NNCC and ONCB (Office of the Narcotics Control Board) of the Kingdom of Thailand concerning on Drug Sample Exchange Cooperation at the Ministry of Justice, Nonthaburi Province, Thailand. The MOI agreed on the mutual exchange of samples of the seized drugs; therefore, the better information on drugs profiling will be more precisely and accurately.
