June 25, 2003, ONCB and Narcotics Control Foundation jointly convened the 2003 Anti-drug Awards Ceremony at Police Sports Club, Vibhavadi Rangsit Road. The ceremony was to nominated the selected individuals, stars, and organizations who had outstanding contributions to the public on anti-drug activities and commemorated the 2003 International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. 59 individuals and 57 organizations have been awarded with Prime Minister Plaques; in addition, 3 stars have been awarded with honorary pin form H.E. General Chavalit Yongchaiyudh, Deputy Prime Minister.
